The New Body Training programme consists of three components. We believe each one is as important as the other. Firstly, one of our personal trainers will devise a meal plan specific to you. There’ll be no ‘points’ or ‘syns,’ instead you’ll learn the basics of nutrition to really understand what your body needs.
In addition to nutritional guidance, you’ll be invited to our twice weekly training sessions with a difference. A one to one with a personal trainer in an open plan gym can be unnerving, which is why we’ll put you through your paces in group sessions with other women on the course. It’s a great way to benefit from a Personal Trainer’s knowledge and support without feeling like you’re in the spotlight. The session takes place in a private members’ room too, so you don’t have to sweat it out on a gym floor at all if you don’t want to. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and resistance training you’ll complete each week is catered specifically with women aged 40-50 in mind, to ensure minimal risk of injury.
The third component to our personal training course is the support you receive when you leave the session. Our exclusive members portal isn’t just a place for you to record your progress and food diary. The nutritional modules section provides you with short manageable tasks to improve your knowledge of nutrition. It’s just another way of giving you the independence to make the right dietary choices beyond the course. It’s knowledge that will stay with you.
